Our 40 year old patient came to us seeking smaller breasts as she currently wore a size 34 DD bra. She felt her breasts started getting larger in her 20’s and continued when she had children. She had back, neck and shoulder pain and went to physical therapy to help relieve the pain, to no avail. She told Dr. McMillan she would love to be anywhere from a size B to a C.
Surgical Procedure:
Breast Reduction Surgery. Dr. McMillan removed 330 grams of tissue from her right breast and 521 grams from the left. Post op pictures were taken 9 weeks after surgery.

Patient Profile:
This 59 year old patient came to see Dr. McMillan with complaints that her breasts were too large and making it challenging for her to dance, do aerobics and be active. She was having shoulder, upper back and neck pain. She had tried massage therapy and lost 50 pounds, neither of which decreased the pain or the size of her breasts.
Surgical Procedure:
Dr. McMillan performed a bilateral reduction, removing 590 g or tissue from the right breast and 674 g of tissue from the left.

Patient Profile:
A 36 year old woman came to see us unhappy about her small breasts. She was about a size B bra and felt that her breasts lost their luster after having and raising children. She wanted larger, fuller breasts to match her great body.
Surgical Procedure:

Our 43 year old patient came to see Dr. McMillan after losing 120 pounds over 2 1/2 years. Her abdomen made her feel that she was still heavier and due to the excess skin she was getting rashes, skin irritations and breakdown.

Our 50 year old patient came to us with complaints that her breasts seemed rather saggy, not only from childbirth 25 years prior, but more recently to her 25 pound weight-loss. She told Dr. McMillan that she felt great and younger, but her breasts did not look or match her younger physique.

Dr. McMillan performed a Bilateral Mastopexy, ie Breast Lift. A lollipop incision was performed, going around the nipple and down, to remove tissue.

Our 29 year old patient came in complaining of how she always had large heavy breasts and had been considering surgery since she was 18 years old. She wore a bra size of 32 H, had shoulder grooves, neck and back pain due to the weight. She tried acupuncture, weight loss and massage therapy.
Surgical Procedure:
During the surgery, Dr. McMillan removed 700 g of tissue from the patients left breast and 833 g from her right. Post-Op photos were taken 9 weeks following surgery.

Patient Profile:
Our 68 year old patient came in unhappy with the appearance of his neck. He felt he had excess skin under the chin and into the neck area. During his initial consultation with Dr. McMillan they discussed a neck lift and the potential need for some submental liposuction following the lift.
Surgical Procedure:
He underwent a neck lift in March 2011. 2 1/2 months following his neck lift, the patient underwent submental liposuction to remove some excess fat.

Patient Profile:
A 25 year old female came to visit us with complaints of small breasts. She is tall, over 5′ 8″, and always felt her breasts were too small for her frame and had always wished for larger breasts. She wanted to look fuller on top which would balance out her lower half.
Surgical Procedure:
Breast Augmentation with silicone implants. Since one of the patient’s breast was slightly larger than the other, she has 2 different sized silicone implants. Her right breast has a 350 cc silicone implant and her left breast has a 275 cc silicone implant.

A 37 year old women met with Dr. McMillan to discuss her large breasts. She felt after getting pregnant and having 2 children, her breasts became even larger and did not go down. Due to the heaviness of her breasts, the patient had upper back and neck pain as well as grooving of the shoulders.
Surgical Procedure:
Breast Reduction Surgery. The patient underwent a bilateral mammoplasty reduction with the removal of 466 grams from the left breast and 607 grams from the right breast.

Patient Profile:
This 63 year old patient presented with a basal cell carcinoma on the right side of his nose/cheek. Mohs surgery was performed by a specialized dermatologist to remove the cancer.
Surgical Procedure:
Following this procedure, Dr. McMillan closed the wound with a local rotational flap using tissue from the patient’s forehead. Photos show the cancer, the open wound following the Mohs surgery, and then the final closure performed by Dr. McMillan. Post-op pictures were taken 10 weeks following wound closure. The scars will fade more with time.
