Patient Profile:
Our 68 year old patient came in unhappy with the appearance of his neck. He felt he had excess skin under the chin and into the neck area. During his initial consultation with Dr. McMillan they discussed a neck lift and the potential need for some submental liposuction following the lift.

Surgical Procedure:
He underwent a neck lift in March 2011. 2 1/2 months following his neck lift, the patient underwent submental liposuction to remove some excess fat.

Following the lipo procedure in June 2011, this patient feels and looks great. Final post op pictures were taken 5 months following the lift and 1 month following the liposuction. He is much happier and got the results he intended. The scars look great and will continue to get lighter.

Patient Profile:
A 37 year old women met with Dr. McMillan to discuss her large breasts. She felt after getting pregnant and having 2 children, her breasts became even larger and did not go down. Due to the heaviness of her breasts, the patient had upper back and neck pain as well as grooving of the shoulders.

Surgical Procedure:
Breast Reduction Surgery. The patient underwent a bilateral mammoplasty reduction with the removal of 466 grams from the left breast and 607 grams from the right breast.

Breast Reduction Photos Before and After:

Post-op pictures were taken 2 months following the surgery. The patient feels wonderful and has even taken up running as her breasts no longer cause her pain. She feels great and loves the shape of her breasts. The scaring will become even lighter as the months go on.

Patient Profile:
This 63 year old patient presented with a basal cell carcinoma on the right side of his nose/cheek. Mohs surgery was performed by a specialized dermatologist to remove the cancer.

Surgical Procedure:
Following this procedure, Dr. McMillan closed the wound with a local rotational flap using tissue from the patient’s forehead. Photos show the cancer, the open wound following the Mohs surgery, and then the final closure performed by Dr. McMillan. Post-op pictures were taken 10 weeks following wound closure. The scars will fade more with time.

Patient Profile:
This 57 year old patient came to us with terrible back and neck pain. She also had grooving in her shoulders as well as rashes that would come and go under her breasts. She would take pilates and do back exercises to alleviate the pain. She was really bothered aesthetically by how saggy her breasts were. Her bra size was a Triple D.

Surgical Procedure:
Breast Reduction Surgery. During the surgery, 607g of tissues was removed from the right breast and 502g of tissue was removed from the left breast. Post-op pictures taken 12 weeks following surgery, breast scars will become even lighter and whiter with time.

She feels great wishes she had the reduction surgery years prior. She became so motivated following the surgery with how great she looked, she lost 30 pounds through exercise and diet.

Patient Profile:
This patient is 45 year old woman who lost weight over the past fews years and complained of her breasts sagging. She’s also had 2 children and really felt she wanted perkier breasts. In order to give her the perkiness she desired, a mastopexy (breast lift) was required.

This patient had 350cc Silicone Gel Implants implanted on both the right and the left breast. Post-Op photos were taken 5 weeks following surgery and she “loves her boobies!” She is very happy with her outcome and feels they are the perfect size.

Patient Profile:
This 48 year old patient had chronic shoulder and neck issues in addition to grooves in her shoulders due to her bra straps. She’d been thinking about having this procedure for years, but had children and put it off. She felt that now was the right time for her.

Surgical Procedure:
Breast Reduction Surgery.
During the procedure Dr. McMillan removed 243 g of tissue from her right breast and 304 g of tissue from the left breast. The patient is now wearing a regular bra size, 34 C-D. The Post-Op photos were taken 6 weeks following surgery and the scars will become lighter and lighter and less red as time continues. She is very happy and really likes her size.

Patient Profile:
This 51 year old patient is a personal trainer who was very concerned with her appearance.

Surgical Procedure:

Patient Profile:
73 year old woman underwent right mastectomy in December of 2010 followed by implant reconstruction at the end of January 2011.

Surgical Procedure:
The patient had a mastopexy (breast lift) on her left breast at the same time so there would be symetry between both breasts. She did not want to be larger than she was. Post op pictures were taken 8 1/2 weeks following final surgery. She feels very happy and great in clothes.

39 year old female with history of neck, back and shoulder pain due to large heavy breasts. Felt that her breasts became even larger following her pregnancies. She saw a Chiropractor weekly due to the pain in her body. Had a bra size of G. Patient had also lost 12 pounds prior to surgery and the weight loss did not change the size of her breasts.

37 year old female with a B/C size bra felt she did not have very much breast volume and was sagging. She wanted her breasts to be more full, natural looking.

Patient had moderate plus profile silicone implants, 300 cc on the right side and 250 cc on the left side. Patient is much happier with the fullness in her breasts following the surgery. Very natural looking.
