That depends. Most reconstructive procedures, which may include breast reductions and breast reconstruction, are covered by insurance. Your insurance carrier is often the best resource on which procedures are covered. Cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction and abdominoplasty are not covered by insurance. No, we do not offer in-house financing; however, we do have several companies that can provide you with the various financing options you may need.

You can apply anytime. Most companies that provide financing have loans that are valid for 90 days so that you can use the money anytime during that period.

You absolutely do not have to finance the entire amount of your procedure. You can pay any portion that you want - and then simply finance the rest.

No, you do not. With most companies, you can be pre-approved for a dollar amount. That way, you know exactly how much you can afford to spend on your procedure. You can do this even before you speak with Dr. McMillan. Best of all, the loan will not be processed until you have visited our office and decided which surgery you will have and when. However, if you see Dr. McMillan before arranging financing, you will be able to find out exactly the loan amount you will need to finance your procedure.
