NURSING STAFF
Annie has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. Before joining Dr. McMillan, she spent the majority of her time caring for patients in the emergency room. Now starting her fourth year with Dr. McMillan, she enjoys every aspect of plastic surgery. Annie prides herself on being with her patients every step of the way from consultation, to the operating room and recovery. As busy as she is at work, she still manages to find the time to volunteer in the community, keep up with her very busy family and her children's many school and sports activities.

Monica has over 10 years of nursing experience. She has worked extensively in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is now part of our team. Her positive attitude and ever-present smile are a pleasure for patients and staff alike. Monica stays active with her two daughters and manages to find time between Crossfit sessions to travel to warm and sunny locations with her family.

Jessica is a graduate from the University of Washington and has worked as a nurse for 7 years specializing in Trauma, Burns, and Plastics. She very much enjoys being a part of Dr. McMillan's team and keeps herself busy between working and spending time with her wonderful husband. She strives to provide great patient care in all situations, from the first appointment to the last check in. In her spare time she loves music, hiking, and traveling. She is always up for a new adventure and loves the outdoors. Jessica and her husband live in the heart of downtown Seattle and continue their hunt for the best restaurants in the city!

Andrea has 9 years of experience working in management and customer service. She prides herself on her patience and mutual respect for others. She is a helpful contact for working with insurance companies and our billing department. Andrea has two beautiful daughters with whom she enjoys spending her time. She and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and hanging out with friends.

Her hobbies include gardening, floral arranging, and painting.

her clients. Having a background in both the spa and medical settings, she is able to
provide treatments that address a variety of aesthetic needs. With a lifelong passion and
genuine interest in skin care, her goal is to personalize every treatment to address each
individual’s skin care goals and concerns. She creates a comfortable and relaxing
experience for all her clients. In her free time she enjoys working on art projects, boating and spending time with friends and family.
