NURSING STAFF
Annie has over 18 years of experience in the medical field. Before joining Dr. McMillan, she spent the majority of her time caring for patients in the emergency room. Now starting her fourth year with Dr. McMillan, she enjoys every aspect of plastic surgery. Annie prides herself on being with her patients every step of the way from consultation, to the operating room and recovery. As busy as she is at work, she still manages to find the time to volunteer in the community, keep up with her very busy family and her children's many school and sports activities.

Monica has over 10 years of nursing experience. She has worked extensively in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is now part of our team. Her positive attitude and ever-present smile are a pleasure for patients and staff alike. Monica stays active with her two daughters and manages to find time between Crossfit sessions to travel to warm and sunny locations with her family.

Jessica is a graduate from the University of Washington and has worked as a nurse for 7 years specializing in Trauma, Burns, and Plastics. She very much enjoys being a part of Dr. McMillan's team and keeps herself busy between working and spending time with her wonderful husband. She strives to provide great patient care in all situations, from the first appointment to the last check in. In her spare time she loves music, hiking, and traveling. She is always up for a new adventure and loves the outdoors. Jessica and her husband live in the heart of downtown Seattle and continue their hunt for the best restaurants in the city!

OFFICE STAFF
Jane has 6 years of experience working with plastic and reconstructive surgery patients. She is a great addition to the team with her friendly smile and easy-going personality. She is the helpful contact for our patients who have questions about the practice, their procedure or perhaps simply need a kind ear to confide in before or after surgery. In her time outside of the office she is usually found spending time with her wonderful husband and their rescue dog, Abby.

After attending Western Washington University and earning her B.A. in Psychology, Beth attended the highly respected Euro Institute of Skin Care. She has a lifelong passion for aesthetics and the knowledge to address anyone's skin care concerns. Additionally, her calm and compassionate nature enhances her clients' overall experience. Outside of work, Beth enjoys attending concerts, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family, and adorable cat Luigi.
