Our COVID-19 Safety Protocols
During the coronavirus pandemic, safety is our primary concern. At Liebertz Plastic Surgery at Yarrow Bay, we are currently seeing patients for plastic surgery, injectables, and med spa treatments. This is in accordance with the safety guidelines of the state of Washington.
We follow strict COVID-19 safety protocols at all times. Two days prior to their appointment, patients will be contacted to screen for coronavirus symptoms. If there is no response, the appointment will be rescheduled.
Capacity in our office is limited. Patients will need to wait in their car and call the front desk. They will then be notified when they can enter. Patients will not be able to bring friends or family members with them to their appointments. Patients will also need to wear masks at all times unless otherwise instructed.
In many cases, virtual videoconferencing appointments will be conducted instead of in-person appointments. These are often ideal for consultations, follow-up appointments, and new-patient visits. All virtual appointments are HIPAA-secured.
Virtual appointments allow patients to greatly reduce the risk of contraction or transmission of COVID by avoiding travel. This is especially vital for older patients and patients with autoimmune conditions.
All of these new safety protocols are for the benefit of our patients and our local community. Certain services may be limited as a result of safety concerns.
