This very pleasant 57 year old female came to see Dr. McMillan with complaints of always having large breasts that caused shoulder pain as well as rashes underneath her breasts.
Dr. McMillan performed a bilateral mammoplasty (breast reduction) removing 393 gm from the right breast and 232 gm from the left. Post-operative photos were taken at 3 months. The patient is doing really well and feels great. She mentioned having less neck and should pain after surgery.
